Interpro helps choose and install the best solution, acting as prime contractor to major suppliers and coordinating all aspects of the job.
Typical general services include: disassembly, cleaning, NDT and dimensional inspection of all steam turbine parts. Following repairs, complete assembly is also performed on the steam turbine. Specific services include: removal of rotor blades, unstacking of built up rotors, repair and/or replacement of all steam turbine component parts such as blades, vane segments, diaphragms, labyrinth seals, bearings, couplings trip and throttle components, valve racks, stems, linkages and much more.
Interpro provides its own tooling and equipment from rigging and hand tools to stud heaters. Our equipment is certified and meets safety requirements.
We have the resources to provide expert steam path component repair services. Our experienced specialists carry our repairs ranging from minor touchups to complete reconstruction of diaphragm nozzle partitions on site when required.
