To help streamline the entire maintenance process Interpro has become a key source of parts for our Customers. We provide turbine and generator parts at competitive prices with delivery lead times that allow a greater flexibility for timing outages. We can deliver parts including bearings, steam valves and valve stems, interstage and gland steam seals and high temperature studs, bolts and nuts to name just a few. In many cases the lead time for these parts is significantly shorter than that of other suppliers including the OEM while still maintaining the quality that our Customers demand and have come to expect.

We have an extensive drawings library of parts for many machines that have been reverse engineered on previous outages at our Customers’ sites. This provides us with the ability to have numerous critical parts made, in some cases, in as little as a few days. This quick delivery is crucial during a forced outage.

In addition to reverse engineering Interpro is able to recognize many OEM part numbers and supply parts based on them.

Reverse engineering with the latest generation modeling software, allows us to replace rotors while upgrading the steam turbine as a whole.
